No. CertPreflight is intended to identify document issues that may deserve review before submission. Certification decisions are made by SBA or the applicable certifying organization.

No. Applicants submit their own applications through the official certification system.
Is CertPreflight legal advice?
No. CertPreflight does not provide legal advice, determine eligibility, or interpret certification requirements on a customer's behalf.
Is CertPreflight available today?
A limited WOSB + LLC functional beta is available now. The beta runs a real automated document preflight; broader structures and certification types are still in development.
